A full report costs 100 credits. A standard chat turn costs 1 credit after daily free chats and applicable legacy allowances. Tool calls and form continuations within the same turn do not cost extra.
Do annual plans issue all credits at once?
No. You pay for a year once and receive the same monthly credits as the equivalent monthly plan, in 12 monthly grants. Canceling renewal does not stop grants during the year you already paid for.
When do credits expire?
Each subscription grant is valid for 90 days after it arrives. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Canceling your membership does not remove credits that are still valid.
Will I pay to read a saved report?
Saved reports are free to read. A new report for a different calendar month is a separate generation; its month and credit cost are shown before you confirm.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved before generation and settled after a complete result is saved. Failed requests release their reservation. A saved result can be retrieved without paying again.
Can I change my plan or billing period?
Review the exact payment and credit adjustment before upgrading. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect at the end of your paid period. Changing billing alone does not issue an extra month of credits.
What happens to existing memberships?
Existing subscriptions keep their original price, billing interval and allowances. Migration is optional and shows the new price and balance treatment before confirmation. Credit packs can also be purchased separately.
